This is a wonderful book and should be a go-to helper in every family with a small child. It contains real-life “dramas” (for example a kid spreading bunny grass on the kitchen table) that could evolve into a yelling match with mom and dad, offering solutions for different scenarios. It is written in a personable, active voice, addressing you as the parent to help with little everyday disasters. It focuses on the life experiences of the parents as a basis on which they form their own educational methods. You will recognize yourself and your past and your feelings in there. Warm, heartfelt, and helpful!
