Here comes the very hungry caterpillar, but in purple and so popular that even the pets love it! It’s very sturdy and won’t cave when big kids or adults climb it. Just the head piece is too wobbly for adults, but it doesn’t break off, just bends and creates an extra thrill for your tots. Peek-A-Boo, can you see the kitty? When it comes to your wormy friend, I wouldn’t buy the yellow and red one; it costs much more, and in my opinion, there’s hardly any difference. It’s super easy to assemble by one person (even technically challenged Lyoness) and snaps together; no metal screws, just the plastic knobs that come with it.
Lyons Cub loves caterpillars of any kind; he also has the Radio Flyer Inchworm Ride-On toy, and he observes creepy-crawlies in nature, like this lime hawk moth caterpillar.
It’s great for multiple children, for example in a daycare center. You can use it indoors and outside, but it’s quite big, so we put it up in the back yard. You can easily move it for mowing underneath. The colorful feet come off with no problem, and they’re so neat! Lyons Cub, Sally, and Felix loved their creepy crawly friend! Look at them play!
